Tie Rod Installation
Roadside line (not recommended for installation in the middle of the road, to avoid excessive car impact, leading to the damage of the road nail)
Installation steps:
1. Location: First, use a ruler to determine the installation position, ensuring that the longitudinal positions are on a straight line. The installation distance should be in accordance with the design requirements. The installation location should be flat, dry, and clean with no gaps.
2. Mix the glue: Special A glue for rail spikes and Special B glue for rail spikes, the ratio of A glue to B glue is 1:1 (e.g., if A glue is 1 kilogram, B glue is also 1 kilogram). Make sure the glue is thoroughly mixed and the color is uniform.
3. Apply adhesive: The road surface must be cleaned before installation, and the adhesive should be applied appropriately, both to firmly adhere the road studs to the bottom surface and not to overflow excessively. Each road stud requires approximately 40-50 grams of adhesive. Apply the adhesive to the bottom surface of the road sign and place it in the pre-marked position. After installation, clean up any debris on the road surface.
5. Patrol: After two hours, check the installed road studs once.
6. Road closure: Suggested road closure for 6 hours to ensure the curing time of the adhesive.
