Enterprises and overseas purchasers:

The Yiwu Commerce Bureau will carry out this year's annual talent evaluation for purchasers from import (entrepot) enterprises, export enterprises, domestic trade enterprises, and overseas purchasing enterprises. 

The terms are as follows:

Application time 

March 20, 2020 to April 20, 2020 

Application conditions

1. For import (entrepot) enterprises, export enterprises, and domestic trade enterprises, the place of registration, tax collection, administration, and statistical relationship must be in Yiwu, and there must have been no serious breach in trust in the past three years. Those who apply with domestic trade enterprises will be considered wholesale or retail enterprises.

2. Those who apply as an overseas purchaser must hold legal entry and exit documents such as a passport, and must be foreigners, overseas Chinese, or individuals from Hong Kong, Macao, or Taiwan who have no record of illegal business activity in China in the past three years.

Application materials

1. Application materials for the three types of purchaser evaluation, namely import (entrepot) enterprises, export enterprises, and domestic trade enterprises, include: 

(1) Application Form for Evaluation of Enterprise Purchaser Talent; (2) Those who apply to be evaluated as a purchaser for import (entrepot) enterprises can submit the relevant materials, including a certificate of honor at the municipal level or above.

Contact the export department by dialing 0579-89926960. For those who intend to apply to be evaluated as a purchaser for export enterprises, please fill out the enterprise purchaser talent evaluation form, sign and stamp it, and send a scanned copy to ywwmk-001@163.com.

Contact the commerce development department by dialing 0579-85191677. For those who intend to apply to be evaluated as a purchaser for domestic trade enterprises, please fill in the enterprise purchaser talent evaluation form, sign and stamp it, and send a scanned copy to ywsswj806@163.com.

Notes: According to the requirements, enterprises applying to participate in the evaluation will be graded quantitatively. Among participants with a score of 60 or above, gold and silver purchasers of 2019 will be evaluated according to their respective evaluation category. Ties shall be ranked according to tax amount, from high to low.

2. Materials for those applying to be evaluated as an overseas purchaser:

(1) Application form for evaluation of overseas purchasers; (2) Copy of passport and other identifying documents; (3) Copy of Yiwu Business Card; (4) Certificate of honor at the municipal level or above.

Notes: According to the requirements, overseas purchasers applying to participate in the evaluation will be graded quantitatively. Among participants with a score of 80 points or above, gold and silver purchasers of 2019 will be evaluated. Ties will be ranked according to the annual foreign exchange settlement amount in their personal accounts, from high to low.
