Yiwu in East China's Zhejiang province recently announced the citys top 50 industrial enterprises in 2019, local media reported on March 14.

Zhejiang Huachuan Industrial Group Co topped the list, followed by Zhejiang Geely Power Assembly Co and Zhejiang Aikosolar Energy Technology Co. A total of 12 new enterprises were listed

According to local authorities, industrial enterprises above designated size, which refers to enterprises with an annual turnover of 20 million yuan ($2.8 million) or more, in Yiwu achieved an output value of 60.2 billion yuan in 2019, up 9.8 percent year on year, and an added value of 13.7 billion yuan, up 8.1 percent.

The top 50 enterprises achieved a total output value of 29.83 billion yuan, an increase of 11.91 percent compared with the previous year. In addition, tax revenue contributed by the companies reached 1.19 billion yuan. There are seven enterprises with an industrial output of more than one billion yuan.

In addition to Geely, Aikosolar and Huachuan, who have been on the list since last year, there are 12 newcomers, including Harmony Mingxin (Yiwu) Optoelectronics Technology Co, Risen (Yiwu) New Energy Co, Zhejiang Inteled Optoelectronic Technology Co.
