The exhibition area covers 33,000 m2, with 1500 international standard booths. It is estimated that 45,000 total professional transactions would be conducted, including 4,000 international transa ctions will register for the expo. There is online system through which purchasers of the expo may register via logging in to either WeChat or the expo’s webpage. This enables them to better arrange their schedule and find the best match with exhibitors online; in addition, it promotes trade transactions and helps expo merchants and the market share information.
In addition to online pre-registration, buyers with a business card can also apply for a purchasing card for free at the registration desk of Yiwu International Expo Center when they arrive at the expo. Purchasers with a purchasing card from the China Imports and Exports Fair can get an admission permit automatically with their business card at the registration desk for international purchasers.
