Colorwise:
Please do not rely on the color of the screen monitor for the buyer. We do not make any changes to the customer's original manuscript, and we only print according to the CMYK colors provided by the customer. If there is a strict requirement for color, a Pantone color card number must be provided for the spot color, and a color printout must be provided for the colored images. If these are not provided, there may be color deviations, and we cannot guarantee the color accuracy. Please be cautious when placing an order! Thank you!!!
Production Cycle:
Normal production cycle for hot transfer prints is 4 days for shipment, and for special colors (up to three colors) it's 2-3 days. For Kornit hot transfer prints, it's 4-5 days for shipment. Washable labels are 3-4 days. The specific time depends on the order quantity and product requirements. If the customer's file has problems leading to delays in modifications, or if there are delays due to machine malfunctions or power outages for 1-2 days, this is considered normal. Please note that if the order is very urgent, please consider this.
Logistics packaging:
Hot transfer prints are sold in packs of 100, and in cases of 500. They are packaged in cardboard boxes and covered with a woven bag. A case of 500 prints weighs around 25 kilograms, and so on. Freight is collect (except for events), and the shipment is made according to the customer's specified logistics.

Problems in the pressing and heating process:
1. Hot stamping is not stable; if the pressure is too light or the temperature is too low, increase the pressure or raise the temperature, and extend the time.
After hot stamping, there is no luster and the image is blurry. This is due to the high temperature and excessive pressure. Reduce the temperature and pressure.
After the same plate is hot stamped, the pressure is unequal, and the size of the pattern area is significantly different. If the pressure is unbalanced, increase the pressure on the large pattern area.
The method of using a pad paper to correct the pressure of an area is equal.
4. If the adhesive cannot be heated or comes off, it is because the temperature is too low or the pressure is too small. Adjust the time, temperature, and pressure.
Shopping Tips:
Transfer printing paper, due to different fabrics and local climate variations, please first test a small sample after receiving the goods. Consider factors such as washfastness. Only after testing and confirming the quality, should you proceed with mass production. If there are any issues, please immediately contact our company's relevant personnel to work out a solution.
After the customer receives the goods, please first confirm whether the received goods [pattern, color, size, quantity] are correct. After confirming there are no errors, proceed with mass production.
