Logistics Packaging
Hot transfer prints are sold in packs of 100, and in cases of 500. They are packaged in cardboard boxes. Each 500-piece order weighs around 25 kilograms, and so on. Freight is collect (except for promotions), and the product is shipped according to the customer's specified logistics.
 Question: Can my product be used with your heat transfer?
 Answer: Currently, with the development of heat transfer technology, its application scope is very wide, including T-shirts, shoes, hats, aprons, scarves, luggage, pen bags, leather, and other materials can be heat transferred.
 Question: What is the difference between hot stamping and silk screening?
Answer: Thermal transfer and silk screening are two different processes, but the result is the same, which is to print the pattern onto the product. Silk screening uses a silk screen plate to press the ink onto the product using a squeegee, while thermal transfer prints the pattern using a color printer.

 Question: How can I confirm what quality my product should have?
Answer: There are a wide variety of heat transfer types, and of course, the heat transfer process varies according to different requirements. Typically, if the colorfastness, resistance to washing, and elasticity requirements are not high, it is recommended that customers choose a lower-quality option, which is much cheaper.
The grade of the garment is A or B, while the grade of the luggage, bags, and pen cases is C, and so on. This is mainly determined by the substrate.
 Question: Can I do it if I have a small quantity?
Answer: Yes, a fee of 500 yuan is required.
 Question: May I order a sample first?
Answer: We need to charge a sample fee first for the prototype, and we can offer some samples for free to try. The quality of your pattern will be the same. If the quantity of the bulk order can reach 500 pieces, we can make a prototype, and the sample fee is 500 yuan.Return it when you take the big order.

Question: Can I get a discount for my large quantity?
Answer: Yes, the key to printing is volume, and the more volume, the higher the price.
 Question: How do you ship the goods?
Answer: According to the customer's specified logistics, we usually send Debang Logistics, or passenger transport (which means picking up at the passenger station!! It's affordable and the freight is paid upon arrival.

Hot stamping plate fee is 500 yuan.
A single order of 500 large sheets will be exempt from plate fee. Please note that 500 large sheets refers to a single sheet with 500 copies, not 500 images.
Due to the custom-made heat transfer, they are specially made for you, and others cannot use them. Therefore, once you have made a payment and placed an order, we cannot provide a refund or exchange. Please consider this carefully.
