sensor, electric heating and solenoid valve, including not only the above functions, but also intelligent heating, timing heating, intelligent water supply, timing water supply, leakage protection, time display, power failure memory and other functions, some instruments also have the functions of constant water temperature and constant water level. All-intelligent instrument not only fully automatic water feeding, but also can ensure that users have enough hot water at any time.
The copper mould thickness of the quality host is below 30 micrometers, without voltage dependent resistor, which is easy to be struck by lightning, that is, the number of square wire diameter in the electrical appliance is not enough, which is easy to cause serious consequences due to leakage. Stainless steel probe consists of stainless steel jacket heat shrink tube and thermistor. The quality of a probe mainly depends on the quality of heat shrink tube it uses. The water temperature of the solar water heater is 80 ℃ ~ 100 ℃ in May ~ 10 every year, and the Heat Shrink tube is composed of tubes and glue, and the glue itself is volatile, the volatilization of glue and the quality of the tube at high temperature are the basis of the service life of the stainless steel probe. Once the glue or tube leaks, thermistor of it is damaged, the probe is scrapped, and the instrument fails. The best thermistor uses an accuracy of 1%, and its own material determines its life. Silica gel sensors are divided into soft silica gel and hard silica gel sensors. The exterior of the silica gel sensor is composed of silica gel and activated carbon. The quality of silica gel sensor depends on the viscosity of silica gel and activated carbon. Sensors with poor adhesion are easy to crack, resulting in inaccurate or malfunctioning probe transmission signals. Generally, the stainless steel probe is four-core wire, and the silicone probe is divided into four-core wire and two-core wire. Two-core wire wiring is simple; Four-core wire transmission signal is stable. Currently, the market is dominated by four-core wire.
