Instructions
Insert one end of the power cord (or car adapter) into the D4 charger, and the other end into the power socket. The charger will light up the LCD screen and all power display bars for self-inspection. After the self-inspection is completed, the charger will display the model and four blank power display bars and enter the standby state. If all charging slots of the charger are not put into the battery within 1 minute, the charger will enter the energy saving mode (turn off the screen display and backlight); When the battery is put in or press any button, the display screen will be activated.

Precautions
1. Because this charger is designed to be compatible with multiple batteries, when charging some batteries (26650,AAA, etc.), it may be necessary for human hands to slightly adjust the position of the battery so that the two poles of the battery and the charger can be charged.
2. This charger is limited to charging lithium ion, IMR, lithium iron phosphate or ni-mh/nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery. Charging other types of batteries may lead to explosion, battery rupture or leakage, personal injury or property damage.
3. This charger is dedicated to charging indoors and in the car. Do not expose it to rain or snow.
4. Do not disassemble or assemble the charger.
5. Children must use this charger under the supervision of adults.
6. Please use this charger within the temperature range of 0 ℃-40 ℃.
7. Do not use or store this charger in the fire source, direct sunlight, beside hot equipment or other high temperature places.
This charger has 4 charging slots, each charging slot can be controlled independently. Users can put different kinds of rechargeable batteries (3.7v lithium ion rechargeable batteries, 1.2v ni-mh/nickel-cadmium rechargeable battery or 3.2v lithium iron phosphate battery) for charging. When the battery is put in, it should be put in according to the direction of positive and negative poles marked on the charger. If the positive and negative poles are put into the battery, it will not be charged.
After the battery is put in, the charger will detect the battery, and the corresponding power indicator bar will display the progress of the detection. After the detection, the charger will enter the normal charging state. If an exception is detected, such as a reverse-mounting battery, the corresponding power indicator will flash and an error (Err) will be displayed to prompt the user and stop charging. When charging is in progress, the battery status and current charging progress will be displayed in the power prompt bar of the display screen, and flashing indicates that the battery is being charged.
During the charging process, the LCD screen will display "battery voltage"-"current"-"charged time" in sequence. If you want to manually view the required parameters, you only need to click side switch MODE to manually switch the parameters. If you want to select other rechargeable batteries to view the parameters, you only need to click side switch SLOT ", you can select the batteries of the 1-4 charging slots in sequence.
After the battery is fully charged, the 5-cell battery power display bar will all light up and stop flashing. At the same time, "Chg.Finish" will be displayed on the display screen to prompt the user to complete charging.
When all four slots are put into the battery for charging, the charger will output a maximum charging current of 375mA per slot. When only one slot or two slots are used for charging, the charger will output a maximum charging current of 750mA per slot.

Rechargeable lithium iron phosphate battery
When charging the lithium iron phosphate battery, after the test is completed, press side switch MODE for more than 2 seconds, and the display screen displays "LiFePO4" to prompt the user that the charger enters the lithium iron phosphate charging MODE to charge the battery. To exit the lithium iron phosphate charging MODE, simply press the side switch "MODE" again for more than 2 seconds or remove the battery and put it into the charging tank again.

Charge small capacity batteries
Note: when charging batteries with capacity less than 750mah (such as AAA, 10440, 16340 and other small capacity batteries), it is recommended to use low current charging mode to improve the service life of small capacity batteries.

Select low current charging mode:
In the normal charging state, select the corresponding battery through the side switch SLOT, and then press the side switch MODE for more than 1 second, when "LOW" is displayed on the display, the LOW current charging mode is entered. To exit the low-current charging MODE, simply press the side switch "MODE" again for more than 1 second or remove the battery and put it into the charging slot again.

Night charging mode
When the charger charges the battery at night, it can adopt the night charging mode. Press the side switch SLOT for more than 1 second in any state, and the backlight of the display will go out and enter the night charging mode, so that you will not be disturbed by the backlight of the display screen. To activate the backlight of the display again, simply press the side switch SLOT again for more than 1 second.

Activate battery function
The charger charges each new battery at a low current for about 6 seconds, thus activating the battery operation. If the voltage is still 0v after the battery is detected, the display will display an "Err" prompt to the user. If one activation fails, you can try to re-enter multiple times to activate multiple times.
Note: for lithium batteries in 0v (over-discharge) state without battery protection circuit, charging is not recommended, because it may cause fire or even explosion of lithium batteries. Charging timeout protection function the charger has timeout protection function. The charger calculates the charging time of each cell independently. When the charging time exceeds 20 hours, the charger forcibly turns off the charging function of the cell, and display the full power mark on the display screen to prompt the user to reduce the danger caused by inferior batteries.
