Notes for use of push-type electric hoist:
1. Read the instructions carefully before using push-type electric hoist.
2. The mounting position of push-type electric hoist must be selected on the occasion that meets the needs and is easy to operate.
3. Regularly check whether the hoist is installed firmly.
4. Please do not use the hoist when you are not sure of the weight of the lifting object.
5. Do not pull or tilt heavy objects to avoid danger during lifting.
No one is allowed to stand under the heavy lifting weight when lifting.
7. When operating the wire rope, please wear extra thick gloves. Please do not let the wire rope slip through your hands, so as not to cause sliding injury or puncture injury.
8. The hoist shall not carry people in any way or be used as lift tools.
9. Operators should not operate the hoist while drinking, taking medicine or getting sick.
10. Please do not modify or weld parts of the hoist at will.
11. When lifting the hoist, make sure that at least 3 rings of steel wire rope are kept on the rope drum to prevent the steel wire rope from falling off from the drum due to excessive force.
Notes for installation of push-type electric hoist:
Open the box. Be sure to remove the tape paper wrapped around the wire rope of the rope tube and remove it before testing. If the test machine is in a hurry, it may cause the wire rope to rewind and break the limit frame.
2. Direct contact between the wire rope and the limit frame should be avoided; otherwise, the limit switch will fail, and the push-type electric hoist will not work properly.
3. Do not let the push-type electric hoist get soaked or soaked in water. The protection level of push-type electric hoist is IP54.
4. The body of the pushing-type electric hoist cannot move or rotate along the mounting bar.
5. The standard power supply of pushed-type electric hoist is single-phase alternating current, and the outlet with grounding line must be used.
6. Warning: make sure all the cables are properly separated from the rotating or hot parts on the push-type electric hoist.
7. The electric hoist is in a state of no fall, and the last three turns of steel wire rope with red paint on the electric hoist drum cannot be released. If continue to press the drop switch, the wire rope will be rewound to the rope barrel, so that the electric hoist open drop operation is reversed, so that the limit switch will lose effect.
