I. Product Features
SINWE®605 series products are two-component expediting setting transparent epoxy resin cementing compound, can be low temperature or ambient cure, curing speed is fast; After curing, the adhesive strength is high, the hardness is good, and it has certain toughness; The cured product has good acid and alkali resistance, moisture-proof, waterproof, oil-proof and dust-proof properties, moisture and heat resistance and atmospheric aging resistance; It has good electrical and physical characteristics such as insulation, compression resistance, high bonding strength, etc.

II. Scope of Application
1. Any electronic or other products that need to be quickly bonded and fixed can be used;
2. It is widely used in bonding and fixing electronic components, handicrafts and gifts, and has excellent bonding strength for packaging and bonding between metal, ceramics, wood, glass and hard plastic;
3. Not applicable to the bonding of elastic or soft material products.

III. Usage
1. The parts to be bonded and sealed need to be kept dry and clean;
2. Take the amount according to the ratio, after mixing agent A and Agent B, fully stir evenly to avoid incomplete curing;
3. After mixing evenly, please inject glue in time, and try to use the mixed glue within pot life;
4. During the curing process, please clean the containers and utensils used in time to prevent the glue from solidifying on the utensils.
IV. Precautions
1. This product will start to cure after mixing, its viscosity will rise quickly, and it will release heat;
2. Note: the curing speed of this product is very fast. Please reduce the amount of glue used once as much as possible! The more glue is mixed together, the faster the reaction will be, the faster the curing speed will be, and a large amount of heat may be released along with it. Please pay attention to controlling the amount of glue at a time, because the reaction is accelerated, the usable time will also be shortened, and the mixed glue will be used up in a short time as much as possible;
3. A very small number of people may have mild skin allergy and slight itching pain when contacting the glue for a long time. It is recommended to wear protective gloves when using it. Please wipe it off with acetone or alcohol when sticking to the skin, and clean it with detergent;
4. Before using it in large quantities, please try it out in small quantities to master the use skills of the product to avoid mistakes.

V. Storage and packaging
1. This product should be sealed and stored in a ventilated, cool and dry place, with a shelf life of 12 months. After expiration, it is qualified and can be used continuously;
2. The packing specification is 50ml, 2, 10 or 40kg for each group, including 1, 5 or 20kg/barrel of main agent and 1, 5 or 20kg/barrel of curing agent.
