Structural silicone sealant a neutral curing, dedicated to buildings curtain wall the glass structure in is designed for bonding and assembly. It can be easily squeezed out under a wide temperature condition. Rely on moisture in the air to solidify into durable silicone rubber with high modulus and high elasticity. The product does not need primer coating for glass, and can produce superior adhesion silicone sealant for building. It is a neutral curing high-quality building weather-proof silicone sealant. Excellent weather aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance-50 ℃ +150 ℃, good adhesion, it can be extruded and used in a wide range of climate conditions, and quickly react with the moisture in the air, curing into durable, high-performance and elastic silicone sealant, can resist natural erosion such as oxygen odor, ultraviolet rays and rainwater. It is mainly used for caulking and sealing of doors, windows and architectural decoration.

Note:

Various silicone silicon sealant are subject to the following restrictions:

1. It is not suitable for construction where the water is immersed for a long time;

2. Do not participate in the meeting to ooze grease, plasticizer or solvent materials are miscible;

3. Frost or wet surfaces cannot be bonded;

4. The completely sealed place cannot be cured (silica gel needs to be cured by moisture in the air);

5. The substrate surface cannot be bonded when it is not clean or firm.

Acid silicone silicon sealant it will corrode or cannot bond copper, brass (and other copper-containing alloys), magnesium, zinc, electroplated metals (and other zinc-containing alloys), at the same time, it is recommended not to use acidic silicon sealant on brick and stone products and iron carbide matrix, and to use methyl methacrylate (PLEXIGLAS), polycarbonic acid, polypropylene, polyethylene and TEFLON (TEFLON, Polytetrafluoroethylene) the use of this product on the made materials will not achieve good bonding effect and good compatibility.

It is not suitable to move connections that are greater than 25% of the joint width to use acidic silicon sealant. It is better not to use ordinary acidic silicon sealant (except acidic structural adhesive) on structural glass, in addition, acid silicon sealant should not be used where abrasion and substantial drawbacks occur. It is not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the base material of silicone acid glue exceeds 40℃.
