Yunda express is the default of our store, and delivery is not allowed in remote areas (including gansu, ningxia, guangxi, guizhou, yunnan, qinghai, Inner Mongolia, Tibet, xinjiang, hainan, etc.). If the remote area customer place an order, send the express to need to fill the price difference, send the logistics to the customer to take delivery of the payment.
Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan express by default send sf to pay.
The default logistics store has a general line, baishi express, yunda express. During the free shipping period, designated logistics services will not be accepted. If there is a transfer station at the customer's destination, the seller shall only bear the single delivery fee to the transfer station, and the rest of the fees shall be paid by the customer when taking delivery.
About exchange
1. Contact customer service within 48 hours after signing
2. For after-sales problems, contact the customer service registration information first. If the logistics expenses incurred by the return or replacement of goods shall be borne by the store, the customer shall pay the express fees in advance, and contact the customer service to return the goods after the return or replacement is completed.
3,No exchange or return under the following circumstances:

B. customized products
C. Fail to check the damaged condition in time when signing for acceptance and sign for acceptance directly
D. Gifts do not participate in after-sales service
