Warm Tip:
Micro spray nozzles can be divided into three categories: 1. Refraction micro spray nozzles, 2. Centrifugal micro spray nozzles, and 3. Rotational micro spray nozzles. The characteristics and differences of various nozzles are as follows:
Reflective micro-sprayer features: The size of the water droplets is small, with a short range; The degree of atomization is relatively high; The rainfall intensity is large; The distribution of rainfall characteristics in the rainfall range often presents an approximately triangular shape; The structure is simple, the cost is low, and the changes are more varied; The characteristics are strong interchangeability and wide applicability.
Centrifugal micro-spray head features: It can make the water flow rotate before it exits the nozzle by the flow channel inside the micro-spray head or by the centrifugal force, and then spray the water in this state. When the water source pressure is high, the atomization effect is good, mainly used for atomization irrigation, increasing humidity and cooling.
The main functional features of the rotating micro-sprayer are: there are no moving parts in the micro-sprayer, and the auxiliary water flow is sprayed out in a beam shape and produces rotation. The spray pattern of the rotating micro-sprayer is generally circular or fan-shaped. The characteristics are: (1) the flow passage is relatively long, with a longer range; (2) the water beam makes a circular motion, significantly reducing the intensity of rainfall.
Based on the characteristics of the various types of micro-spray heads, please choose carefully according to your own needs!
