Order instructions:
1. The products are delivered by the factory in the whole batch off the production line, and the quality problems are controlled by the factory standard. Due to the large amount of wholesale orders, in a very small number of cases may appear individual product quality problems, belong to the scope of exemption.
We can replace the new product free of charge, return the freight by the buyers themselves, send back the buyer's freight we deal with, in order to show fairness!
2. Since all the prices quoted by our store are wholesale price of micro profit, it is very hard for us to pack a piece on behalf of the seller, and the package fee is very low!
All products are shipped by FCL from the regular manufacturer, so we will try our best to replace the products due to the quality problems at the factory.
After sale we are responsible for the return for new product freight, shipping back to the company by the agent or buyer!
3. If there is any quality problem of the product, please contact the customer service to help solve it. If the product is not accepted by the customer service, the express or express delivery will be rejected.
Before the replacement, please ensure that the product is not scratched, spare parts are not defective, color box packaging integrity, do not affect the secondary sales!
