VII. After-sales service

We do not support the return of goods without any reason. The return period is 15 days (both parties must confirm it before sending it back).
Due to the particularity of toy products, which cannot be compared with household appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not implement the Three Guarantees policy. If problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility, if within the scope of our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all relevant expenses incurred shall be borne by the guests themselves.
