Operation steps: Photosensitive machine production process:
1) After the image obtained by the computer is processed by graphics software (such as photoshop, CroelDRAW, etc.), the prepared portrait image is printed on the film by a laser printer. Make sure the picture quality is clear, the outline is clear, and the contrast is good.
2) Cover the transparent exposure film according to the sample specifications, the size of which is based on the full coverage of the sample.
3) The order and orientation between the photosensitive stamp pad, the exposure film and the printed sample are: the stamp pad is at the bottom of the exposure box, the middle layer is the exposure film, and the third layer is the print sample with the printing side facing down. The three are in smooth and intimate contact in turn, and gap wrinkles are strictly prohibited in the middle. Cover the top of the explosion box, observe the position through the exposure box glass and press the buckle clockwise to press it tightly, then place the exposure box in the corresponding position of the drawer to close the drawer.
4) Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, trigger the photosensitive machine exposure button, the machine starts charging and automatically exposes. 5) There are many types of photosensitive stamp pads, and different stamp pads require different exposure energies. In order to accurately expose all photosensitive stamp pads, the unit can be exposed by using an adjustable potentiometer from low to high. (In the first use, it is recommended that the user first test the optimum exposure voltage value suitable for the chapter pad with the trim. For example, the exposure voltage value of some domestic photosensitive pads: sulfuric acid paper print 6-8, film print 4-6 level). When the photosensitive machine exposure button is triggered to start charging, the exposure will be automatically completed when the voltage reaches the exposure voltage required for the chapter pad.
6) Pull open the drawer, rotate the bayonet counterclockwise to release the exposure box, take out the exposed photosensitive pad, and peel off the film. 7) Put the exposed pad into the corresponding chapter case, and use AB glue to make the pad cover firm.
8) Inject the scalar ink according to the stamp specifications. After the ink is absorbed and distributed evenly, it can be used.
