[Buyer's Notes]
1. Specify requirements.
Please learn as much as you can about the product before you take it. If you are not clear, please leave a message and ask. The customer service will reply to you as soon as possible. When buying, please send in the Leave a message to the seller. Note what color it is!
2. Abundant supply.
We have enough baby, you can take it at ease. Temporary shortage of stock will be marked on the baby display chart. If the goods are out of stock and cannot be updated, we will contact the buyer within a short time and negotiate a solution. Please understand.
3. Color difference.
All the products in our store are taken in kind. There may be some color difference due to technical, display, light and environmental reasons, which is a normal phenomenon. Please kindly understand.
4. Return and exchange.
When the buyer receives the goods, please carefully check the goods within 10 days. If there is any quality problem of broken mirror frame, peeling, large area scratch of lens, you can contact the customer service for return or replacement. If it is more than 10 days, the shop will not accept return or replacement. Since it is the manufacturer's wholesale, we cannot guarantee that every product is in good condition with minor defects. We do not accept return or replacement. We hope you can understand. We refuse profiteering, refuse middlemen, let the profit really return to consumers!
5. Signing instructions
When you receive the package, please do not hurry to sign on the receipt, please be sure to open in front of the Courier on the spot inspection, if the baby is damaged or lack of quantity, please reject! And contact the shopkeeper on the spot (there is a contact number on the express bill). Once you sign that the quantity content and integrity of the goods to be recognized, the shopkeeper will not be able to claim for the buyers to the Courier company! We will not be liable for any discrepancy, lack or damage of the goods. Please contact us if you have any questions after receiving the goods.
