Ribbons of different colors represent different meanings -- the yellow ribbon symbolizing \"safe return\"; Green ribbon symbolizing \"healthy love\"; A red ribbon symbolizing the beginning of love. A ribbon is a piece of flexible material, usually made of cloth.

Generally, there are no words or patterns on the ribbon. Printing words or various patterns on the ribbon will make the ribbon have a clear expression of meaning and raise the value of the ribbon to a new level.

Most of the existing ribbon printing machines in the market are automation equipment, only suitable for mass, the same pattern printing; It is impossible to print in small batches (e.g. 100-300 meters). The market for small print ribbons is very wide.

Our company specializes in the design and production of three-color (printing within three colors) ribbon screen printing machine, can be printed on the same ribbon in three colors or patterns, printing width of 1.5, 2,2.5, 3,4 cm various ribbons.

I. Basic functions of the machine

2. The mesa size is 40*50 cm. The inner diameter of the screen frame is 35 cm wide and 50 cm long. The printing size is 30 cm wide and 44 cm long (the length of the ribbon is less than 44 cm at a time).

3. To ensure accurate printing, the machine installs molds for ribbons of five widths:
14 pieces of 1.5cm ribbon can be printed at one time (the length of the ribbon is less than 44cm at one time, the following is the same)
2 cm ribbon can be printed 11 at a time
The 2.5cm ribbon can be printed in 9 pieces at a time
The 3cm ribbon can be printed in 8 pieces at a time
4 cm ribbon can be printed 6 at a time;

4. The ribbon can be unrolled, and the winding device can be placed with a maximum diameter of 15cm (a 100-meter-long ribbon with a diameter of 15cm). The winding and unwinding device is equipped with an automatic adjustment device to prevent deviation of the ribbon during rotation.

5. The winding place is equipped with pin and anti-rotary ratchet device, which can effectively control the positioning of the winding wheel and the reversal of the winding wheel, so that the ribbon can be accurately recovered.

6. The machine is three-color printing and equipped with carbon fiber far-infrared dryer. Each color printing chuck can be up and down, left and right, and fine-tune before and after; Color setting is simple, convenient and accurate.

7, the dryer installed directly on the host disk, equipped with far infrared probe (attach the dryer operation instruction) and the locating slot, after printing a color, the dryer rotation to Taiwan version above, locate beads stuck positioning groove is fixed above the Taiwan version, far-infrared dryer probe obscured open automatically after heating (heating time can be set adjusted), after drying rotary dryer (automatic shutdown) next color printing, and so on.

8, plate-making requirements:
Length: the length of the printed pattern shall be within 44 cm;
Printing width: the spacing of each ribbon of all sizes is 4mm. The space between the two adjacent ribbons is:
1.5 cm ribbon: 19 mm
2cm ribbon: 24mm
2.5 cm ribbon: 29 mm
3cm ribbon: 34mm
4 cm ribbon: 44 mm

Ii. Operation Method:

1. Smooth the surface, apply the scraper plate adhesive to the appropriate viscosity;

2. Lay the plate paper flat on the surface coated with the plate adhesive (if the operator has special experience, you can print directly on the plate adhesive without using the plate paper);

3, edition of paper placed in Taiwan segregation paper (prevent when installing a ribbon glued, removed) after the installation is complete.

4. Installation of molding tools: according to the width of printing ribbon, replace the corresponding size of molding tools.

5. Install the unwinding ribbon: the optical axis passes through the hole in the center of the ribbon
Adjust the ribbon coil position accordingly
Lock 4 positioning rings on each side of the ribbon roll
Pass each ribbon through adjusting shaft and printing surface to rewind

6. Install the rewinding ribbon: prepare the corresponding rewinding hose and isolation disc according to the size of the ribbon
Install the rewinding hose, positioning it and the isolation disc on the rewinding reel
Place the reel on the fixed ribbon card slot
Push each ribbon through the adjusting shaft with a pin through the ribbon and press into the corresponding rewinding hose
After the completion of the appropriate adjustment, each ribbon and positioning as accurate as possible
Position the rubber hose on both ends of the rewind reel and jam the isolation panel on both sides
The rewind reel is placed in the positioning card slot
Lower the pins on both sides, and fix the retractable reel completely in the slot
Put the rotary plate on the ratchet
Turn the handle so that all ribbons are level with the counter
When the installation is complete, remove the isolation paper and prepare for printing.

7. Install the plate, set the plate color according to the positioning mark on the plate, connect the power supply of the dryer, and adjust the heating time.

8. Printing: printing in the first color, rotate the dryer to dry on the table;
Dry and cool (you can use a hair dryer to speed up cooling)
Second color printing, turn the dryer to the table drying;
Repeat the above steps...

9. After printing, roll the stainless steel shaft from the bottom of one side of the ribbon and the table to the other side, so that the ribbon and the table completely separated;

10. Turn the rewinding wheel to put the printed ribbon back into the reel.

11. Repeat part 8-10 to complete batch printing.
