The working principle of the suction table is to drive the impeller to rotate through the motor of the suction pump, so that the air in the pump chamber of fixed volume is compressed and drawn to form a vacuum (negative pressure), the pressure difference between the pump suction port and the outside atmosphere is generated, under the action of the pressure difference, the gas pressure (suction) into the pump chamber, and then discharged from the exhaust outlet.
The air inlet of the suction screen printing machine is through hundreds to thousands of holes on the printing table. The substrate is placed on the suction table and subjected to negative pressure of the gas to form a pressure difference, so as to adsorb the substrate on the table.
Main advantages of suction screen printing machine:

2, after the completion of printing to prevent the ink due to the viscosity of the substrate;

I. Product Use:

Such as all kinds of transfer paper, PVC, PET, PC and other soft, hard film, all kinds of board, film, paper, nameplate, and other products. It can also be used for fine printing of heavy and thick products, such as paper boxes, glass, wood boards, metal boards, labels, plastic boards and other materials.

Not suitable for cloth, ribbons, ribbons, handkerchiefs and other textile products.

It is recommended to use a screen printer that can be coated with scratch-pad for printed textile products.

Two, basic function

1. The screen printing table is laser cut with 2 mm stainless steel plate, the table area is 400*500 mm, and the suction area is 420*315 mm; Suction hole diameter 1 mm; Blowhole spacing 15 mm; The number of suction holes is 638 (22 horizontal rows, 29 vertical rows).

2. Fine three-way fine-tuning screen printing head; The knob can be used up and down, before and after 20mm, about 20mm fine tuning; Place the substrate on the table and open the air suction pump. Basically align the screen pattern with the substrate and clamp the screen frame. Height adjustment: put the screen frame flat on the table. According to the height of the substrate or printing requirements, turn the adjusting handle up and down to reach the appropriate height, and lock the height through the two rear positioning handles. Left and right fine adjustment: release the handle on both sides of the nose, and turn the handle to move it as needed; When you're done, screw down both handles. Before and after fine adjustment: first, loosen the four red knobs on the chuck slightly, use the fine adjustment knobs on both sides of the front of the chuck to loosen and make fine adjustment back and forth as needed. After fine adjustment, tighten the knobs and tighten the four red knobs on the chuck at the same time.

3. The width and height of the screen frame chuck are 393 mm and 80 mm, suitable for various screen frames with thickness below 50 mm. The screen frame chuck is equipped with four fixed handle of the screen frame, and is equipped with a special screen frame bar

4. Lifting the screen frame and adjusting the static balance through the gravity balance plate (the machine is equipped with 4 gravity balance plates, which can be installed individually or 4 according to the balance needs). The gravity balance plate can move forward and backward 100mm as needed; If the weight of the screen frame is too large, the hole on the top of the balance frame can be added with gravity. The lifting Angle of the screen frame can be adjusted by the screws in the lower part of the balance frame. The lifting height of the screen frame can be adjusted according to the need.

5, the substrate area is small, adsorption will be reduced, the substrate around the suction pores with plastic sheets or paper cover can increase the adsorption of the substrate.
