Steam drying makes the log reach the moisture content required for making furniture, and also achieves the effect of sterilization and insect removal. So that the processed log will not be deformed, mildew, rot, and insects, and the moisture content is basically below 12%. At this time, the wood surface mask is glossy, color uniformity, fine texture, and well-structured.

  Second, drying is the first and key step in furniture manufacturing. How to deal? -- Steam drying. The drying process is divided into three steps:

  1. Pre-heat treatment: mainly low temperature and high humidity, make the internal and external temperature of the wood balanced, and initially reduce the water content;

 2. Drying stage: the temperature is gradually increased, the humidity is gradually reduced, and the water inside and outside the wood is extracted to achieve the moisture content we want;
