1. About sizes: They are all normal sizes, just take the size you usually wear.

2. About after-sales service: If there are any problems with the shoes you have purchased, please contact our customer service to explain the situation, and we will handle it.

For non-obvious quality issues, the return shipping fee must be paid.

3. Regarding quality: if there are any bottoms broken, separations, damage, significant color differences, or severe stains, the company will bear all costs for processing.

Small loose threads, minor stains, slight color differences, slight glue odor, and minor defects are not considered quality issues. For returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the postage.
