About logistics

1. Express: default delivery STO and Yunda, if you need to specify one of the courier services, please contact customer service to note or leave a message.

2. Logistics: freight is generally paid on arrival. The goods need to be picked up at the freight station. The logistics company can be provided by the customer or we can choose a more appropriate one for you.

About shipment

1. Delivery customers: orders placed before 17:00 every day can be shipped on the same day. In case of insufficient staff on weekends and holidays, the delivery cycle will be delayed. Please understand.

2. Wholesale customers: if the number of orders placed in the warehouse is sufficient, it will be arranged within 1-2 working days. If the number of orders is large, the delivery will be arranged at another agreed time.

About receiving goods

please carefully check around the box when receiving the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape of the box is broken, and the sealing tape is incomplete. If there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened, you must unpack and inspect the goods face to face! If there is a shortage of goods or damage, please do not take away the goods first, and contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, it will be deemed to accept the goods without objection after signing.

About return and exchange

1. Return and exchange without quality problems;

if the buyer needs to return the product for personal reasons, the damage loss caused by the return transportation of the returned product is relatively large, and the buyer shall bear the return freight, such as free shipping items, we have to deduct the freight when we deliver the goods. If the sales situation of the product is not ideal, customers who want to return the product will be recycled at a discount of 4-7 on the basis of the brand new product.

2. Return and exchange for quality problems:

all the products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure the quality of the products. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97-98% of the products have no problem after arrival, 2%-3% is exempt from liability. For products that cannot be sold in the future, you can contact customer service to send them back for replacement. The freight incurred shall be borne by the buyer.

3. Damage caused during transportation:

when receiving the goods, please be sure to unpack and check in front of the logistics or Express Personnel. The carton is elastic and the plastic toy is inelastic, so the outer carton may not be damaged or the inner contents may be damaged, please be sure to check the goods before signing. 50% of the damage to the product is within the normal range. We will provide the service of reordering and reissuing accessories again, but we will not reissue them separately. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and so on, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.

On behalf of the issue:

1. If you apply for a return without quality problems, you need to deduct our shipping fee.

2. Quality problems if the product is damaged and cannot be used normally, the cost incurred by the return and exchange shall be borne by each other. If the problem can be solved by missing accessories or only reissuing accessories, the freight shall be borne by the distributor, we bear the cost of accessories and their packaging.

3. If the distributor fails to fully understand the product, the after-sales service cannot handle it properly, and the final returned product has no problem after inspection, the freight will also be borne by the distributor.
