Usage: Textiles can be made from such structures as plain weave, heavy plain weave, twill, double layer, warp double and jacquard. Woven elastic bands have a tight texture and a variety of varieties. They are widely used in clothing cuffs, hems, bra, garter, waistbands, corsets, shoe mouths, as well as sports protection and medical bandaging, crafts, office stationery, industrial supplies, household goods and other products!
According to the different weaving methods, it can be divided into machine-woven elastic bands, knitted elastic bands, and woven elastic bands:
机织松紧带Made of cotton or synthetic fibers as warp and weft yarns, interwoven with a set of rubber threads (latex or spandex) in a certain pattern.
Knitted Elastic BandThe elastic belt is woven using warp knitting interlacing method. Under the action of the hook needle or tongue needle, the warp is knotted into a braid chain. The weft is interposed among the braid chains, connecting the scattered braid chains into a belt. The rubber thread is wrapped by the braid chain or held by two groups of weft threads. Knitted elastic belts can be woven into various small patterns, stripes, and crescent edges. The texture is loose and soft, and the raw materials are mostly elastin yarn. Most products are used in women's bra and underwear.
Knit Elastic BandAlso known as the hankie elastic band, the warp thread passes through the spindle to weave around the rubber filament in an "8"-shaped track. The band's pattern is in the shape of a human, and the width is usually 0.3-2 cm. The texture is between the machine-woven and knitted elastic bands, and the variety of colors and patterns is relatively monotonous. It is often used in clothing.
Can be classified into the following types in general：
运动松紧带--------is formed by weaving yarn through a warp knitting machine, where the warp yarns are wound into a tube. This tube is then inserted into a fixed tooth seat on the weaving machine. The warp yarn tube moves along an 8-shaped track, rotating, to guide the yarns through each other to create the weave.

Color-striped Elastic Band--------Woven by using warp knitting interlacing measures. The warp threads are knitted into a chain by the hook needle or tongue needle, with the weft threads interlaced within each chain, connecting the scattered chains into a belt, with the rubber threads covered by the chains or held between two groups of weft threads.
Anti-skid elastic band--------has high strength, good impact resistance, less likely to break, tightness belt Jiuqing Enterprise, good heat resistance, good wear resistance characteristics.
Polyester Elastic Band-------- is a fantasy raw material for knitting (weaving, warp knitting) or machine weaving processing, suitable for manufacturing clothing fabrics, bedding, and decoration supplies, etc.
