2: Ceramic crafts are fragile items. Please inspect the product before opening the box. If there is any damage, have the courier sign to confirm, take photos as evidence, and contact our after-sales customer service immediately. We will arrange for a replacement for you.

3: Ceramic crafts are fragile items, therefore, we do not support exchanges or returns without a reason. If an exchange or return is requested for reasons other than quality issues, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
