Shipping instructions:
Our products have a large inventory, but because our car models, remote control car models, remote control aircraft and so on are all hot-selling products, and there are also many export and domestic orders, we do not rule out the possibility that some of them are out of stock after ordering, therefore, the delivery period is normal in two to three days, and we will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be ready within three days. Please forgive me! If you want to place a large number of orders, the delivery date and payment method need to be confirmed after negotiation with the customer service.
 
Product quality problems
Most of the problems can be solved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery riding position, connecting the thread... selling toys will repair toys. Some product accessories can be repaired, we will provide accessories, please contact Customer Service for details. Make-up accessories need to be supplied at the next purchase. If you need to supply them immediately, you must bear the freight yourself.
Pictures and objects: More than 95% of the product pictures are self-portraits, which can truly reflect the actual situation of the product itself. However, due to factors such as light and shooting level, there may be slight differences between the pictures and objects. Due to market changes and other factors, the factory may adjust the color and packaging method of the products and outer packages. Please refer to the actual situation.
Others: what we do is not fine products, not crafts, not artworks, not electrical appliances, but car model toy products. Perfectionists or those who have strict requirements on products, please turn around and make an elegant detour.
Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. We and your estimated transportation time are for reference only.
