Wholesale Terms 1: All products sold by our company support returns within seven days from the date of system-displayed receipt signature. Returns are not supported after seven days. 2: For exchange requests, we support exchanges within 15 days from the date of express delivery receipt signature, provided that the product is unopened and can be resold without affecting the second-hand sale. 3: For products with free shipping during official promotions, if the customer makes a return or exchange for no reason, they must bear the shipping costs for the original free shipping and the return shipping costs. 4: If the product packaging has a few stains, this does not constitute a quality issue. Due to the inevitable friction during express delivery, these stains do not affect the quality of the product. 5: If the product has a slight odor, this does not constitute a quality issue. New shoes may have a slight odor due to not being worn, but this does not affect health. 6: If there are quality issues or a shortage of goods after receiving the goods, the buyer must contact the seller within 12 hours from the time of receipt signature to verify the situation. If the time limit is exceeded, the buyer must assume the responsibility. 7: If the peak period is delayed due to express factors, the delay in receiving the goods is not the responsibility of the seller.
