About flaws:

most of our products are handmade and cannot meet the standards of machinery and digitization. It is inevitable that some products will have minor defects. Some flowers are inserted manually. If they are squeezed during transportation or used improperly during construction, some flowers will fall down. It is a normal phenomenon, not a quality problem, please insert it back to the original position. If necessary, use hot melt adhesive to stick it. If the flowers are extruded and deformed, use a hair dryer or hot steam to restore the pattern, and some flowers can be rotating petals. If some products have serious defects and cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them for you. Our store does not accept it. If some products have problems, all products will be returned.

About Size:

our products are all measured manually. It is inevitable that there will be some errors due to different measurement methods. For special products, manual measurement is more difficult to control. For example, when the flower head is made, the size of the flower head is different, and the measurement results are definitely different. Some flower heads are squeezed, the measurement results will also be different. When we measure, we will adopt the mean method to minimize the error. Our prices are all prices without invoices.
