2. About shipping: After the buyer places an order and makes payment, we will ship the goods within 24 hours (two days). 4. About Receiving: Please personally sign for the goods upon delivery. If someone like family members, friends, or the gatekeeper signs for you, it will be considered as your personal receipt. Please ensure to open and inspect the goods on the spot before signing. If there are any damage to the goods during transportation, please verify the damage with the delivery personnel directly and claim compensation or refuse to accept the goods.

5. About after-sales service: If there are any quality issues within three days from the date of receipt, please contact us immediately. We will provide a response for returns and exchanges. We will not accept any requests after this period. If there are no quality issues, there will be no returns or exchanges. If the buyer simply does not like the product, if the difference between the picture and the actual product is too large, or if the product does not meet their expectations, or if they are not satisfied with it for subjective reasons such as not being as good as they imagined, the buyer is not allowed to return or exchange the product.
