1. Return policy:
a) quality problem: if the product has quality problems, it can be returned within 15 days (subject to the order date), but the packaging must be intact and the product is intact. We will not accept returns for products that have been used by buyers. Please contact us before returning the goods, apply for a return, and then send the goods back (the buyer is responsible for the shipping fee). After we receive the goods and confirm that the products are in good condition, we will refund the money.
B) product packaging: as the factory may change the outer packaging of the product according to the production situation, the outer packaging is different from the pictures on Alibaba or the goods you purchased before, which is not a quality problem, we do not accept returns;

d) express damage: when receiving the Express, if the outer packaging is damaged, please contact us before signing. Otherwise, we cannot claim compensation from the courier, and therefore we cannot undertake any after-sales service, including the loss or damage of the goods.
e) freight: our product quotation does not include the return and exchange freight of the goods after quality problems occur. Therefore, no matter what reason is returned or exchanged, the freight is borne by the buyer.
f) multi-color and multi-color products are randomly mixed by default. We will try our best to meet the product color and style specified by the customer in the order remarks. Individual orders cannot meet customer requirements due to the actual inventory color and style, and we do not accept returns caused by this.
g) Long-Term Cooperative customers (in the last 60 days, the number of orders exceeds 3, and the order amount exceeds 3,000 yuan): We have a policy deviation on the return and exchange of long-term cooperative customers, for more information, see our customer service.

2. We are a wholesale enterprise and do not retail. If you purchase for personal use (for example, most of the items in the order are one or two), please bypass! We cannot guarantee timely delivery to individual users. Under special circumstances, such as seasonal busy or out-of-stock warehouses, the delivery time will be extended appropriately. Please understand.

3. Because there are many orders to be processed every day, and our distribution is in the order of order payment time, some orders may be out of stock. In order to ensure that the customer receives the goods in time, we will deliver the goods as usual without notifying the customer if the out-of-stock amount is less than 30% of the order amount. After receiving the goods, the customer can apply for a refund for the out-of-stock part (we will not reissue the goods). If the customer cannot accept this regulation, please note in the order and we will handle it according to the remarks.

Auto Logistics: If your goods are heavy (more than 15 kilograms, or not in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), we strongly recommend that you pass the steam
transport Logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, if a 10kg cargo is sent to Shenzhen, the Express fee is usually 40-50 yuan,
  however, automobile transportation only needs 10-15 yuan. The time required for logistics and express delivery to receive the goods is almost the same. After the goods are delivered, the shipping department will
call to inform you to pick up the goods at the designated shipping point. Generally, you need to pick up the goods within 3 days to avoid warehousing fee.
