■ about delivery
1) generally, products ordered and paid before 13:00 can be shipped on the same day, but due to many factors, all orders cannot be shipped on the same day, and we will try our best to deliver them within two days;
2) due to the delivery delay caused by irresistible factors, we will contact you through Wangwang or telephone at the first time. When you receive our notice of delay in delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. If you do not want to wait, you have the right to cancel the transaction and apply for a refund. 3) orders paid before 13:00 on Monday to Saturday will be shipped on the same day. Orders paid after 13:00 on Sunday will be shipped the next day.


■ about transportation damage

1) the damage of hat products during transportation cannot be avoided, which can only reduce the damage. All products of our company are shipped after being checked in good condition. Transportation damage is the responsibility of logistics, however, domestic ordinary logistics will not compensate or be responsible for transportation damage, so at present, it can only be borne by both the buyer and the seller respectively, the buyer shall bear the freight, and the seller shall bear the damage recovery.

2) transportation damage problem: all products damaged during transportation can be refunded with 10% discount, and the freight shall be borne by the buyer.
