For printed customized products, our factory does not support return and refund. The factory shipments are relatively large every day. If there are product quality problems (for factory quality problems), our factory is responsible for free maintenance and human damage, it is not covered by the warranty.

1. Printing customization is manual printing, there is a certain error tolerance rate, please be careful if you cannot accept it! Each batch of goods will send 0.2%-0.5% more products.
2. Color cloth customized. Due to different monitors, the picture displayed color has slight color difference, which is subject to the actual product. Do not accept carefully.
3. Factory default factory specifications, independent small package is simple transparent bag, large packaging is woven bags, 100 pieces/bag, if there is no special packaging requirements, automatic default factory factory packaging specifications.

Customized products cannot be returned for refund for any of the above reasons. For products with quality problems, the statistics will be sent to the customer service, and the customer service will arrange to return to the factory for repair.
Customize high-end products and tell the customer service the details of the required workmanship. If you don't make it clear, the customer will bear it himself. The refund is not supported after shipment.
