About customization
1: graphic customization samples can be customized for Labeling Production. For all customized products, please confirm the size, material, surface painting or oiling, and whether to engrave logo.
2: About proofing: make sure the size and style of proofing. The proofing time is generally about 3-7 days. The specific cost can be communicated with us clearly, and the customized proofing products will not be refunded.
3: spot goods support one piece dropshipping. Orders after payment will generally be delivered in about 1-3 days. By default, Yunda or Debon will be sent. If you need other express delivery, please contact customer service.
4: Wood: our factory uses natural wood for processing, and there are more imported wood. There is color difference in wood or the natural characteristics of wood. Please communicate with us for details. We will inform you in detail about the wood selection and wood characteristics.
5: customized logo:UV printing (can be printed in a variety of colors.) 6: customers need to unpack and check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not when receiving the goods.
