If some products have serious defects and cannot be repaired, we can exchange or refund them for you. Our store does not accept it. If some products have problems, all products will be returned.

About Size:

our products are all measured manually. It is inevitable that there will be some errors due to different measurement methods. For special products, manual measurement is more difficult to control. For example, when the flower head is made, the size of the flower head is different, and the measurement results are definitely different.
