Instructions for getting the goods:

1. The price in the store does not include tax, and the invoice is charged plus tax. Consult customer service for details!

2. Logistics consignment to your local city needs to be picked up by yourself, excluding door-to-door delivery and free shipping. (If there are damaged or missing pieces, do not pick up the goods first and contact customer service to discuss the solution)

3. Place an order according to the package table. The goods are delivered directly from Hebei factory. Liquid daily chemical products do not support the return and exchange service. Please consider carefully before ordering.

4. About shipping receipt: the buyer must check the goods when signing (when picking up the goods at the logistics point). If the goods are damaged, please contact our customer service and take photos and collect evidence simultaneously, and the logistics staff should sign as evidence (indicating the damaged quantity). Because there is damage insurance when shipping, the insurance company can only claim compensation by providing damage evidence. We are not responsible for any damage after the buyer signs for it.
