3. About transportation and distribution. Wholesale is mainly based on logistics and freight, and is shipped from Yiwu, where logistics is developed. No freight collection, you need to pick up the goods at the freight station and pay the freight to the freight station. After ordering the product, contact us to modify the shipping fee to 0. IV. Return and exchange rules

3. All customers should protect the complete packaging of the products, complete accessories or related materials. If the products have quality problems, we will return the products within the specified time.

4. The loss of 2% of some defective products and orders is normal. If the loss is serious after each transaction, please contact customer service within 3 days. If the customer fails to give up the right of after-sales service, not accepted.

5. The buyer shall bear the part that the damage rate of the product exceeds 4% of the order. That is, in addition to normal losses, we will bear 2% more compensation for each order.

6. Return and return freight shall be borne by the buyer. The quality problem of return and exchange is based on the actual freight charged (if the delivery fee is 5 yuan, the return will only bear the freight compensation of 5 yuan).

V. Return or exchange is not accepted under the following circumstances

1. The returned product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are incomplete; Unauthorized repair and modification; Not used and stored according to normal methods; Beyond the shelf life of the product; The returned product has been labeled, the product is fake. Commodities that cannot be sold as commodities again.

2. When the customer finds the product quality problem and returns the product, he/she requires to return the product to our company by plain mail or express delivery. The customer pays the freight in advance. After receiving the product, the company will post the freight and the actual cost of the product according to the Post Office List, if the customer returns the product by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the company will reject it.

3. Return packages are returned in real name (that is, fill in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is delivered, you must communicate with the customer service and send the return list. The return package is attached with the return list, to facilitate staff query, the efficiency is. 4. If you do not communicate with the customer service before returning the product, the product will not be accepted.

5. Return and exchange goods for subjective reasons. If there is no quality problem, return goods will not be accepted. Return and transportation costs will be paid by yourself, and damage will be compensated according to the price.

7. Refuse to pay the freight in advance for various reasons. If the return freight exceeds the shipping freight, refund will not be accepted.
