1: product quality problems: most of the company's products are shipped out after passing the test before entering the warehouse. When they are shipped again, they will be sampled to check whether the appearance, packaging, etc. are damaged before shipment, we try our best to reduce the repair rate of products, but pay attention to that there will be no problem with electronic products, let alone wholesale? Therefore, it is normal to have some repairs.
2: product repair: if the product has quality problems and is not damaged by human beings, the buyer can accumulate it in a cumulative way, after the bad products reach a certain quantity, they will be sent back for exchange at one time. The replaced products can be sent back together with the ordered goods when they need to be ordered. (Our company is not responsible for the round-trip freight for product repair, and customers need to pay by themselves.)
3: return and exchange issues:
(1) different products have corresponding warranty periods. If quality problems or non-human damage occur during the warranty period, they can be replaced with new ones. (Depending on the degree of product appearance damage)
(2) if a single mixed batch of products has serious quality problems and the buyer needs to return or exchange the goods, please contact our customer service within 7 days after receiving the goods, if it exceeds the specified time, it cannot be returned. (The premise of return must be that the appearance and packaging of the product should be kept intact and clean, and there must be no signs of damage or wear.)
(3) if the product itself has no quality problems, it is damaged by human beings, and the package is damaged. If it exceeds the warranty period, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
