1. Monorail trolley is strictly prohibited from being overloaded.

2. When the monorail trolley lifts heavy objects, it is strictly prohibited for any person to walk or work under the heavy objects.

3. When lifting heavy objects, monorail trolley should make its center of gravity in the plane where I-beam steel belly board is located. Otherwise, do not lift them. During the operation of monorail trolley, hand-pulling chain should be stressed in the central plane of the hand sprocket, and it should not be tilted.

4. If the monorail car encounters abnormal hand tension, it must not be yanked. It should be stopped immediately to check the cause.

5. The gears and track surfaces of monorail trolley should be filled with lubricating oil regularly, and the fasteners should be checked for looseness at the same time.

6. Monorail trolley hand-pulled monorail crane is supported by I-beam steel, so deformation, distortion, cracking or non-compliance with standards and other defects of I-beam crane cannot be used as monorail crane.

3. The bearing and rail surface should be filled with grease regularly, and the fasteners should be checked for looseness at the same time.
