About color cards / samples

 Free samples are available for 5 meters, and the courier fees are the customer's responsibility. We default to using SF Express with cash on delivery.

Due to the fact that the color samples vary from family to family, if you need to make a color, please send us the color samples to our company. The color samples must be at least 5cmX 5cm.

About after-sales service

Our company guarantees quality. All quality defects due to no human intervention can be returned for a refund. However, due to color issues, repairs are available but returns are not. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged items are the responsibility of the buyer. Items sold for 7 days are non-refundable. If there is any inconvenience, please understand.
