5: delivery method: A: Our company will send express delivery if the order is less than 200 units. The express delivery fee and express warranty fee shall be borne by the customer. After the goods are picked up by the logistics company, our company will no longer bear any responsibility for the loss of the goods.
B: more than 200 orders, within Shenzhen: Our company delivers goods to the designated address, or delivers goods to your door at the cost of express delivery. The situation outside Shenzhen is the same as A.
6. The above price does not include memory card: customers who need memory card can contact our business staff to order separately. Our company has provided CLASS10-level brand memory card surrogate shopping, which has a price advantage. If the customer wants to purchase the TF card of the brand at a speed of CLASS10 times as much as possible, so as not to affect the normal use.
7. The color of the model is supplied according to the spot color of our company. If you need other colors, you need to order them in advance. You can order 1000 sets in single color. If the cost increases due to the color ordered by customers, the cost will be calculated separately;
8. If you need to paste the label designated by the customer, the customer will provide it by himself. Our company does not accept a small amount of label printing. If we need to print and make it, the relevant expenses will be confirmed separately.
9. Warranty period: 1 year; For warranty products, the freight for returning to the factory shall be paid by the customer, and our company shall bear the freight for returning the products after repair. Due to the adverse effects caused by human beings, our company shall replace the materials, and the material cost shall be borne by the customer. If the warranty period exceeds the warranty period, you need to pay for maintenance.
For customer-supplied chargers, if our products are burnt out due to customer-supplied charging quality problems, we will not bear the after-sales service, and customers will bear the losses themselves.

II: OEM order service(The following terms are based on neutral product quotation. Final OEM fees are subject to customer requirements and orders)
1. Screen printing cover LOGO: minimum order of 500 sets, the number of monochrome printing should not be less than 200PCs, the cost should be confirmed by business personnel, 1000 sets of monochrome screen printing free of charge.

2. OEM color box requirements: (subject to our standard neutral color box knife mold and materials)

a: A minimum order of 500 sets. The fee is calculated separately. A minimum order of 2000 sets is free of charge.

B: If the additional packaging costs not involved in the above are caused by the customer ordering the packaging, the costs will be calculated separately;

3. Software requirements:

a:100-500 sets accept to modify the on/off screen. The default language is not accepted by others.

B: more than 500 units accept language modification, provide font library, guest translation, no more than 12 characters.

C: custom APP guests are responsible for editing icons, and the fee is calculated separately.

D: for other special software requirements, the cost will be calculated separately.

For other special OEM requirements, the cost will be calculated separately.

4. Payment method of OEM order: 30% deposit, payment before shipment

5. OEM order delivery date: depending on the order quantity and OEM requirements, OEM delivery date shall be strictly implemented after confirmation by both parties. If due to your company and your customers, due to the failure to pay off the final payment and pick up the goods within 5 working days after the delivery date confirmed by both parties, our company has the right to deduct your deposit and cancel the order.

6. OEM order inspection standard: AQL 0.65/1.5

7. Before placing an order, please confirm with your customers all OEM customer order requirements and inspection details. After our company confirms and accepts your OEM order, our company will immediately execute the order process, during this period, our company will no longer accept any request to change the details of the order. If the order is canceled due to your company's reasons, our company will confiscate the deposit.

8. The delivery time of both parties is based on the OK signature of the sample confirmation, not the deposit.
