About after-sales
before shipment, plants will sun their roots, and some plants may trim their roots to prevent the roots from being strong and rotten. It is common for plants to drop a small amount of meat slices. Please understand. For the plants sent in the past, rot root lead to death or a large number of single meat slices, we will supply everyone with loss when the next shipment. If the above problems occur, please upload product pictures and contact our online customer service. For less-delivered items or missing items, the delivery staff will contact the buyer in advance and refund the money immediately after checking.

For some self-maintenance instructions for succulent products, in summer, for plants whose roots are not very developed, we pour a small amount of water, do not pour it through, do not do it without watering. Keep ventilation and proper sunlight. The plants delivered to you with bare roots are planted directly when they arrive, and a small amount of water is poured into the soil. Only after the roots grow stably can they be wet. Do not water the soil. The soil should be loose. For decaying plants, remove them from pots.
