About delivery:
after you place an order for payment, the goods will be delivered within 48 hours under normal circumstances. If there are more orders, the goods will be delivered within 72 hours. If there is no way to deliver the goods under special circumstances, we will contact you at the time. We have controlled the delivery time, but the delivery speed cannot be controlled. The goods may encounter various situations on the way to your relatives. Please understand more.
Return and exchange:
return conditions-the quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of functions of the product itself. We will return and exchange the product, but the freight incurred therefrom shall be borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjust the battery riding position, thread connection... and other simple ways to solve the problem. Sell toys and repair toys). We will not provide return or exchange for other reasons such as poor sales volume, not as good as expected and other non-product quality problems. If you really want to return the product under the condition that the product and packaging are in good condition, the buyer shall bear all the freight, 20% discount within 7 days, and 70% discount for all over 7 days.
About after-sales:
we will return or exchange the product due to the lack of product functions caused by the quality problems of the product itself. Please feedback the product problems to our after-sales service within 10 days after receiving the product (subject to the signing time), if there is no feedback on any after-sales problems beyond its deadline, it will not be accepted.
For products with quality problems, please accumulate more than 20 kilograms and return them by ordinary logistics. The freight is borne by us. If a certain amount cannot be accumulated, the customer and our company shall bear the freight for one trip. The returned product must be packaged in good condition, otherwise it will not be returned.
For quality problems, please contact our customer service for registration. If the accumulated products have not been registered, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
Product quality:
the products sent will pass multiple inspections during production, postpartum, and before delivery, and will be shipped only after they are completely qualified.
