We can calculate the price according to the customer's drawings or samples (preferably with original samples). When quoting, please provide detailed product parameters (such as pictures, materials, sizes, quantity, indicative price, delivery date, etc.) and we will make a detailed quotation to the customer.

2. Design proofing requirements: samples are subject to the situation and a certain fee is charged. If there is no sample, the proofing fee will be higher. For more information, both parties can negotiate. The proofing period is generally about 5-7 days, if you need to add a LOGO during proofing, you need to charge another mold fees. After placing an order, the proofing fee can be deducted from the large payment.

3. The LOGO required by the customer can be customized according to the customer's requirements when producing and ordering. Our factory supports spot printing, with low cost and short construction period.

4. Generally, the delivery time of MOQ products is about 15 to 20 days. The price of products is also determined according to the order quantity. The delivery time varies depending on the quantity, and the specific two parties negotiate to solve the problem.

5. The logistics company has lost parts during transportation. Please check the goods first when receiving the goods (see if the package is damaged and the quantity is correct) before signing. If there is a shortage, please refuse to sign for the goods and specify the missing goods on the package form, the package has traces of being opened. And please contact us immediately, we will handle it properly. If there is any problem after signing, please forgive us for nothing.
