1. About delivery
1. After the customer places an order for payment, it is generally arranged to be delivered within 2 days. Orders placed or paid after 16:30 every day are set to be delivered the next day;

if you fail to deliver the goods in time due to special reasons, you will contact the buyer immediately. Please forgive me, thank you very much.

2. Our default delivery is ordinary freight, and the freight is paid on arrival. If you need express delivery, please contact customer service to calculate and modify the freight remarks.

If the buyer information is incorrectly filled in, the customer shall bear the return freight if the goods are returned due to the telephone address.

2. About price
except for a small part of free shipping products, the prices of products in the store are ex-factory prices, excluding any other fees such as freight;

if the company or stall needs sample confirmation, the sample fee is charged according to the product price, and the freight is paid smoothly. The sample fee will be returned according to the order situation. Please negotiate with us when taking the sample.

3. About receiving goods

1. The transportation company is only responsible for transporting the products to the designated place. When the goods arrive:

    less than 300 yuan please check and confirm the goods in front of the transportation company before signing,

    more than 300 yuan please check the goods within 24 hours after signing. If you have any questions, please contact us in time.

2. If there is a shortage of goods, please leave us a message within 24 hours after signing, and we will help you verify the situation as soon as possible.

If the package of the goods is damaged, the goods are missing or damaged, please take photos and leave a certificate, reject the Express, and contact us to handle it.

3. We will try our best to help you strengthen the packaging of goods and avoid losses as much as possible, but the loss of normal transportation is still 2-3%,

if there is any loss unfortunately, we will solve it by repurchasing the spare parts next time, and do not reissue them separately. Please understand.

4. About return and exchange

1. Our theory does not support return without reason. If you really need to return the product due to personal reasons, the return shipping fee shall be paid by the buyer. In addition, the product will be refunded with a 20% discount according to the original price.

2. If buyers need to return or exchange goods for personal reasons, please contact us within 15 days after receiving the goods, the return and exchange requirements do not affect our secondary sales, and the buyer shall bear the return freight.
