★About Freight
if the purchase volume is small, express delivery can be sent. By default, express delivery will be sent to us for cooperation. If the address is not reached, please contact customer service staff for additional customized express delivery.
If the quantity is large, the buyer shall bear the cost of logistics, express delivery or express delivery, and the seller shall not bear any cost. ★About receiving goods

After-sales service
we generally do not accept return or exchange in principle, but if you find any quality problems after signing, please contact customer service in time.
★Exemption clause
1. All the products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure the quality of the products. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97-98% of the products have no problem after arrival, 2%-3% is exempt from liability.
2. The goods sent by our factory are brand new. Before shipment, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer box is firm. However, during the transportation of products, especially in some long-distance cities, some products may be damaged by transportation (for example, some are slightly scratched by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed, etc. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for the damage caused by transportation. Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, and is not used as a reason for returning goods.
3. Our toys are cheap and good. They are worth the price. Some buyers feel that the workmanship is slightly rough after receiving the goods. There are flaws. They are not good materials. ★After-sales service
1. In principle, we do not accept returns. Products can be exchanged through negotiation due to factory quality problems, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation costs incurred, after receiving the returned product, we will send the replacement together when the customer purchases the product next time. We cannot accept the situation when the product is delivered together next time. The freight will be borne by the customer! You must inform our Wangwang customer service before sending it back!!
2. Due to the particularity of toy products, which cannot be compared with household appliances, all toy products sold by our company do not implement the Three Guarantees policy. If problems arise after use, our company will not bear any responsibility, if within the scope of our ability, we will help solve these problems, but all related expenses incurred shall be borne by the customer. Special products shall be handled according to relevant agreements reached between our customer service personnel and customers.
3. The following conditions cannot be returned or exchanged: The Returned product packaging is damaged or incomplete, the product accessories or related materials are incomplete, unauthorized repair or modification, not used or stored according to normal methods, for products beyond the after-sales service period, the products processed and customized are not quality problems and cannot be returned. The buyer is responsible for accepting the terms described above.
