About after-sales:
1. Before the goods delivered by our firm are shipped, we will ensure that the product packaging is intact and tidy, and the outer box is firm. However, during the transportation of products, especially in some long-distance cities, some products may be damaged by transportation (for example, some are slightly scratched by collision, for example, some color boxes of color box packaging are slightly deformed, etc. Transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not be responsible for the damage caused by transportation. Transportation time is affected by weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions and many other factors, and is not used as a reason for returning goods. When receiving the goods, if you find that the carton of the outer packaging of the product is seriously damaged and the product is missing, please contact us immediately and take a photo if you find any problem. Upon receipt, it means that the buyer acknowledges that the goods received are intact, and the risk after receipt is transferred to the buyer, and the goods cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.
2. All the products sold by us are strictly inspected by quality inspectors to ensure the quality of the products. However, due to various uncertain factors, our factory can only guarantee that 97-98% of the products have no problem after arrival, 2%-3% is exempt from liability.
3. All dimensions are measured manually, and the error of 1-2cm is normal. All pictures are uploaded in real time. Due to different light and display, there will be some color difference. Please forgive me.
Notice to buyers:
buyers should carefully check the goods in front of the logistics and freight company personnel when picking up the goods. If the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, packaging tape broken and damaged, and the sealing tape is incomplete, there are obvious signs of being unpacked and opened. Please check them in person. If you find any errors, you must negotiate with the logistics company to solve the compensation in person. If it cannot be solved, please do not take away the goods first, contact us at the freight station for negotiation; Otherwise, the goods will be accepted without objection after signing.
