1. Proofing process

Only the two parties can cooperate. We need to charge a certain proofing fee for proofing, the proofing fee is not that we want to earn the sample fee, but the sample fee is a little money to maintain the daily operation of the model room, such as the salary of the master of the board room, the salary of the buyer, make sample materials and so on, so I hope the guests can understand us.
1. Customers provide samples or design drafts to explain the requirements and details of sample production;
2. Collect the sample fee. Generally, the sample fee is 300 yuan/payment. The specific fee should be determined according to the sample, and both parties can negotiate;
4. Prepare materials and make samples according to customers' requirements;
5. After the sample is made, it will be delivered to the customer.

2. Order signing process

1. Both parties confirm that the sample is OK, and the price, delivery period, and mode of transportation are settled. Either party of the supply and demand parties can provide the contract. Both parties carefully read the contract and confirm the order without objection. Both parties sign and seal the order, the order has legal effect and both parties must abide by it;
2. In the production process after the order is signed, if the buyer needs to add an order or change the product LOGO, the two parties must sign the contract and discuss the delivery date and unit price again;
3. The supplier must purchase materials and produce large goods according to the requirements in the contract. If the supplier fails to deliver the goods according to the contract delivery date, the demander has the right to reject the goods and ask the supplier to compensate for the losses and refund the deposit;
4. Payment situation: 30% of the total payment in advance after signing the contract. Before shipment, the inspection is OK and the remaining balance is paid before shipment. Our company does not accept payment methods such as payment and shipment or monthly settlement.

3. Production process of bulk goods

1. After the contract is signed, the buyer receives the deposit and the finance signs the purchase order. The salesman must make the purchase order and production order, product material usage, production process, production delivery date, packaging requirements, notes and other matters should be noted one by one;
2. After purchasing the purchase order and purchasing stock, even if you go to the material market to prepare materials, the materials must be prepared according to the sample and contract, and the situation of shoddy and short size is eliminated. If there is bad purchase, procurement should bear corresponding responsibilities, and the list should be handed over to the workshop supervisor when the materials are ready for procurement;
3. After receiving the bill of materials, the workshop supervisor needs to carefully check the quantity of materials, carefully compare the samples of large goods, and arrange the bed cutter to open the materials after confirmation. The Workshop Supervisor needs to produce large goods according to the production order provided by the business.
4. Finishing work in production needs to be done well. Products are only allowed to do more, eliminating a few, and must be delivered according to the customer's order quantity.
