Size problem: most shoes are of normal size (one size larger is recommended for Botton width overweight), and customer service is recommended for contact before placing an order

chromatic aberration problem: pictures are taken in kind, because the display is different, there may be slight chromatic aberration.

Odor problem: our shop is factory direct sales. The shoes just left the factory will have some glue smell, regardless of the quality. The glue smell will disappear when placed in the ventilation place.

After-sales problem: if you have any problems with the shoes sold, please contact our customer service immediately to explain the situation, and we will be responsible for handling them.

Quality problems: serious quality problems such as degumming broken soles occur within 7 days, and our store is responsible for handling all expenses.

Return and exchange problems: if the goods are exchanged for customer reasons such as non-quality problems and non-delivery of wrong goods, the customer shall bear the return freight. Small thread ends, small stains, slight chromatic aberration, micro glue smell, etc. are not quality problems and will not be returned.
