2. Generally, 12 cups or less will be shipped in foam box safe packaging. 12 cups or more will be shipped without foam box packaging. If you need foam box packaging, please contact customer service.

Logistics

1. Orders after payment will generally be delivered within 1-2 days. By default, best Express and YTO Express are sent. If you need urgent delivery, please contact customer service staff;

2. Timeliness: 1-3 days in Guangdong, 3-5 days in other areas, 6-8 days in some remote areas, please wait patiently. If the goods have not arrived within the normal time limit, you can contact the online customer service for assistance;

after-sales problems

1. Small stores do not support return and exchange goods without reason

2. Customers need to unpack and check whether the outer packing box is damaged or not when receiving the goods.
