Individual users report the situation of leakage, after confirmation by our Wangwang and telephone contact, we learned that it was caused by the user's misunderstanding in use. We apologize for not explaining this clearly on the product description page. Now, the description is as follows: there are two kinds of "water leakage" phenomena
the first is that heat is distributed to the cup lid through the cup plug. Due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the cup lid, condensation causes steam liquefaction. This kind of "water leakage" usually occurs after opening the cup lid. This is actually not that the cup plug is leaking, open the cup lid and turn the cup upside down to check it yourself, no need to worry.
The second is that after pouring water to drink, after tightening the cup plug, there is still very little water left in the gap between the cup plug switch and the cup plug a seal. At this time, the inverted cup body has water flowing out mistakenly thinking that it is leaking; the test method is to loosen the cup plug and remove residuary waters from the cup plug. After tightening, the inverted cup body should be watertight. Please test it yourself.

Usage:
1. Wash the liner clean before using it for the first time.
2. Wash the liner with a small amount of hot water or ice water (do not use steel wire ball to clean it), then pour it out, and then refill boiled water or ice water to ensure better heat preservation effect.
3. After each use, please clean it and keep it dry.
4. It is not suitable to store carbonic acid drinks in the cup for a long time to prolong the service life of the thermos cup.
