(4) minimum order quantity:there are more than 200 embroidered logo towels; those with less than 1,000 towels should decide whether to add embroidery extra fees according to the complexity of the words provided by the customer; there is no need to add more than 100 embroidery minimum order quantity.

(5) precautions:in the process of towel production, the actual number of towels cannot be completely consistent with the order quantity. generally, the deviation is about 20 (depending on the order quantity). after the towel production is completed, the number is as small as possible, we will refund the remaining balance after the transaction is completed. if there is more money, please ask the customer to make up the order before shipment, because the towel profit is low, the material loss will be reduced as much as possible, otherwise the material loss will be too high; please understand!

(6) after-sales service:if the product itself has quality problems, our company will be responsible for the replacement. the prices of all products do not include tax or freight, and the freight is generally paid on arrival, as long as the logistics that can be quoted adopt the quotation method, i will try my best to choose large and regular logistics companies to ensure the safe arrival of goods.
